Privacy Policy
Summary: Your data is processed exclusively on EU servers (Hetzner, Falkenstein and Nuremberg, Germany). AI processing runs via AWS Bedrock (origin region Frankfurt, eu-central-1; processing within the EU/EEA) — your inputs are not stored there (0 days). Your chat and document content never leaves the EU; we use US providers only for DNS (Cloudflare, subdomain metadata); system emails are sent through our self-hosted mail server (Postal, Hetzner Nuremberg); optional third-party integrations (e.g. Gmail, Slack) transfer data solely with your explicit consent. No cookies except technically necessary ones.
